TRE® is done virtually over Zoom in the comfort of your home. During our sessions I will guide you through the set of 7 specific body movements that are designed to fatigue the muscles that control the natural tremor mechanism. We will also integrate breath work and mindfulness, and I will monitor you carefully once you begin tremoring. In sessions we will also discuss ways to become more connected with the body, how to identify triggers and tools to regulate your nervous system.

TRE® is an extremely effective, affordable, self-directed way to help quickly and naturally heal trauma and repair the nervous system. Unlike other therapeutic modalities that require ongoing visits with a practitioner, after only 3-4 sessions clients have the tools and knowledge to confidently start a regular TRE practice on their own.

As soon as the 1st or 2nd session clients start to feel an energetic release. After just a few weeks of a regular practice, clients report better mood, calmness, less pain, increased flexibility, decreased inflammation, weight loss, improved digestive function, and an elevated sense of overall wellbeing.

In the beginning, you will only do TRE® 1-3 times a week and tremor up to 15 minutes each time.
