For clients who aren’t local to the Philadelphia area, TRE® is done virtually over Zoom in the comfort of your home. During our sessions I will guide you through the body movements that control the natural tremor mechanism. We will also talk about what your healing goals are, integrate breath work and mindfulness, and I will monitor you carefully once you begin tremoring. In sessions we will also discuss ways to become more connected with the body, how to identify triggers and tools to regulate your nervous system.

It generally takes about 3 sessions for clients to gain the knowledge to confidently integrate TRE® into their regular wellness routine. After the first 3 sessions, the frequency clients meet with me is based on the level of support needed. This different for everyone and there is no one size fits all, so we will discuss a care plan during our sessions that is catered to your specific needs.

As soon as the 1st or 2nd session clients start to feel an energetic release. After just a few weeks of a regular practice, clients report better mood, calmness, less pain, increased flexibility, clarity, improved digestive function, and an elevated sense of overall wellbeing.

In the beginning, you will only do TRE® 1-3 times a week and tremor up to 15 minutes each time.
